Every single item in the shop is made by hand — stitched, pressed, and packaged by Cayman personally. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly identical. Thread placement, slight color variation between dye lots, and minor differences in stitching density are all completely normal and part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.

Product photos represent the item as accurately as possible, but your piece may have small natural variations from what you see on screen. That's not a defect — that's handmade. 💕

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these items are made specifically for you — with your name, your words, or your design — they can't be resold or remade for someone else.

Please double-check all spelling, color selections, and customization details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake in your order details right after purchasing, email us at lovegypsybelle@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before production begins.

We take great care packaging every order, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your non-custom item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement.

To report a damaged item, email lovegypsybelle@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll take care of you from there.

Here's what to expect after you place your order:

• Standard items — typically ship within 3–5 business days
• Custom & personalized orders — typically ship within 7–10 business days to allow time for production

These are production timelines, not transit times. Once your order ships, actual delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info as soon as it's on its way.

During busy seasons (holidays, peak times), production may take a little longer. We'll always communicate if there's a significant delay.

All embroidery designs, artwork, and creative work associated with Love, Gypsy Belle are original work owned by Love, Gypsy Belle. These designs may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

When you purchase an item, you're buying the finished handmade product — not a license to reproduce the design.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout — any future price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Occasionally we run sales or promotions. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. If a payment fails, your order will not be submitted.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you're good with the updated terms.

If you ever have a question about any of this, just ask — we'd rather talk it through than have anything feel unclear.
