Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 7–10 business days depending on complexity. I'll keep you updated every step of the way!

I embroider on all kinds of items! Tote bags, trucker hats, ornaments, greeting cards, bracelets, cup towels, quilt squares, and Mardi Gras masks. If you have an idea for something else, just ask — I love a fun challenge!

Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout for a small fee. I'll make sure it looks extra special. 🎀

I currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future!

Because each item is handmade and embroidered (and often customized), I can't accept returns. But if something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours and I'll make it right!

Fill out my custom order form on the Contact page with your idea, and I'll send you a mockup and quote within 24–48 hours. Once you approve it, I'll get stitching!

Yes! For custom orders, I always send a digital mockup for your approval before I start embroidering.

Possibly! Send me a message with a photo of the item and what you'd like embroidered, and I'll let you know if it'll work.

Yes! Every single item is embroidered by me personally using my embroidery machine. Nothing is mass-produced or outsourced.

Most items can be gently hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to keep the embroidery looking fresh!
